Rebate Program
The Turf Replacement Program is a state initiative aimed at promoting water conservation by incentivizing homeowners and businesses to replace their traditional lawns with drought-tolerant landscaping. Through rebates and incentives, the program encourages the removal of water-thirsty grass lawns and the installation of low-water-use plants, helping to reduce water consumption and contribute to California’s efforts to combat water scarcity and maintain environmental sustainability.
