Design For Success
It’s important that you get a design you love at a budget you’re ready for. We get your needs and start the budget process early on in the design. This eliminates surprises and maximizes your time. The most precious asset you have.
Our Process
Imagine It
One of our representatives will visit your home to measure the space, and discuss your design ideas and budget. If a design is needed, they will explain the design process and provide a design quote.
Design It
We’ll pair you with a skilled designer for a customized plan. Throughout the design process, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Build It
After finalizing the landscaping design and pricing, we’ll sign the contract, secure permits, and begin construction. Our in-house crews guarantee timely completion with cohesive, quality craftsmanship.
Check It
Yard checks are one of the things that separate us from the rest! We complete thorough yard checks post-project. Our maintenance director ensures everything functions properly, and meets your satisfaction.
Landscape Design Styles
Modern
Contemporary landscaping often embodies sleek contours, precise forms, and simplicity in its features. If you desire a harmonious, neat appearance, this style could be ideal. Opting for modern landscaping can impart a timeless elegance and functional appeal to your residence.
English Garden
The English Garden landscape design embodies abundant lush foliage, structured forms, and a fusion of organic and crafted components. Characterized by ample employment of brickwork, weathered wood, and vibrant blooms, an English garden exudes charm. Incorporating these elements into your surroundings offers a retreat into nature, a sanctuary from the bustle of everyday life, and an oasis of beauty.
Mediterranean
Transform Your Backyard with Mediterranean Charm. Mediterranean landscape design bursts with vibrant hues, terracotta accents, and the allure of water elements. Inspired by the aesthetics of coastal Mediterranean cities, this style resonates particularly well in regions like Southern California, where the climate mirrors that of the Mediterranean. It’s no wonder this design has gained immense popularity among homeowners seeking to infuse their outdoor spaces with a touch of Mediterranean allure.
Drought Tolerant
Drought-Tolerant Landscape Design utilizes plants and greenery that thrive on minimal water, creating a visually appealing layout that requires little maintenance. By opting for this approach, you not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of your surroundings but also contribute to conserving water resources, playing a vital role in addressing water scarcity.
FAQs
We recognize that this might be a new experience for many individuals, and to make your journey smoother, we invite you to explore our frequently asked questions (FAQs). Within these FAQs, you’ll discover concise and informative responses to address a wide range of common queries, ensuring that you can navigate through this unfamiliar territory with confidence and ease.
For projects involving multiple elements such as plants and hardscapes, a design is typically necessary. However, if you’re considering simple installations like a lawn with irrigation or driveway replacement, a design may not be required. Projects with a singular, straightforward focus often don’t necessitate a design.
However, for more complex projects, investing in a design offers numerous benefits. It ensures proper planning, spacing, and conceptualization of the space prior to installation. This comprehensive approach helps to visualize the final result, optimize the use of space, and avoid potential issues during the installation process. Designing your project provides a roadmap for implementation, ensuring that the end result aligns with your vision and meets your expectations.
Moreover, our design services can include both 2D and 3D renderings, providing you with a detailed visual representation of your project. 2D renderings offer a bird’s-eye view, while 3D renderings provide a more immersive and realistic depiction, allowing you to see how different elements will interact in the space. These renderings aid in decision-making, allowing you to make informed choices about layout, materials, and design features.
Design costs begin at $750 and vary based on factors such as project size, space dimensions, and complexity of the design required.
Yes, we have a project minimum of $6,000.
Our minimum project requirement is in place to ensure that we can provide full-time employment to all of our in-house crews. We take pride in rarely using subcontractors, preferring to maintain control over the quality and consistency of our work. When we undertake a project, it involves sending out a crew, truck, and equipment. To ensure this is financially viable for our company and to continue offering our clients reasonable prices, each project needs to meet a certain size threshold.
It’s important to note that while we have a project minimum for installations, we offer design services to all clients. This requirement reflects our commitment as a full-service design and installation firm.
You can expect an itemized bid within 1-2 weeks.
Unless it is a very simple project, you will most likely need a design before getting an accurate bid. We may be able to give you a ballpark estimate depending on whether you know the specifics of what you are looking to get. Such as, the type of material you want to use and how much or how many; having measurements can help with this. It is also helpful for you to have a budget in mind and let your consultant know your budget so he/she can keep this in mind when creating your landscape design and when advising you on the best options for your yard.
Once you’ve approved your design and have signed your installation contract we will set an official date to start your project. Depending on how busy we are at the time the start date can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks out. Depending on the scope of work, jobs can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to complete.
For project payments, we require a $1,000 deposit or 10% of your project total, whichever is less. Payment methods include cash, check, and credit card (with a 3% fee).
Additionally, we offer financing options to accommodate your needs. Our financing program allows you to finance the deposit, a portion, or the entirety of your project. Take advantage of our 1-year, same-as-cash, no-interest financing program, designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued customers.
