How We Build

A Transparent Process, From Plans to Completion

Once your design is complete, our focus shifts to building your project with precision, care, and professionalism. We want the process to feel organized, transparent, and stress-free, so we’ve built our construction system around accountability and communication.

Permits Handled In-House
No red tape for you to worry about. We manage all city permits, engineering approvals, and inspections directly, keeping your project on schedule.

Specialized Crews
Every project is built by specialists:

  • Hardscape Crews for pavers, masonry, and walls
  • Landscape Crews for planting, irrigation, and finish work
  • Pool Builders for structural and mechanical systems
  • Completion Crews for lighting, carpentry, and detail work

The right team for the right stage means efficiency and craftsmanship in every step.

How We Build

At Picture Build, we don’t just build outdoor spaces — we build trust. Our process is designed to give you confidence at every step, with clear communication, expert crews, and attention to detail that shows in the final result.

Complete, Detailed Plans

We believe a professional job means more than just great results. Our crews keep your property organized, clean, and safe every single day.

Yard Checks

For projects that include planting, we provide one month of follow-up yard checks to ensure your new landscape thrives. Our Yard Check Supervisor will visit weekly for the first four weeks to monitor plant health, inspect irrigation, and make any necessary adjustments as your plants establish. After this initial period, ongoing care becomes the homeowner’s responsibility.
